You can’t delete your EA Account by yourself–you have to talk to one of their advisors. To ask EA team to close your account, follow the URL linked
If you play our mobile games on an iOS or Android device, you can delete your EA game account yourself.
From your in-game settings:
1) Go to Settings.
2) Select the Delete Account option.
3) Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
If that doesn’t work, create an in-game ticket and ask for your Electronic Arts account to be deleted:
Go to your game app settings and look for the support button. The button name might be different depending on the game, but you’ll find it under the Settings menu. You’ll need to share your game ID with them.
