Step-by-step guide for
HubSpot
account deletion
To delete your Hubspot account (HubSpot Developer Account or a HubSpot Template Marketplace provider) follow these steps.
Make sure you cancel your HubSpot subscription on all subscriptions and add-ons before deleting your account.
To do that, in your HubSpot account, click your account name in the top right corner > Account & Billing > Subscriptions tab.
In the Auto-renewal terms section > Cancel auto-renewal. Select which products you want to cancel > Next > Select a cancellation reason > Next.
Review the cancellation details > Cancel auto-renewal.
Once your account has been downgraded to a free HubSpot CRM, you can delete the account.
To delete your HubSpot account:
1. Follow the link provided or
Click your account name (top right corner) > Account & Billing > Delete Account tab > Delete account
2. Enter your Hub ID to confirm > Click ‘Yes, delete to permanently delete your account.’
If you want to delete a HubSpot Solutions Partner account, connect with a member of your HubSpot account team. This information can be found in the Team tab of your partner dashboard.
