Step-by-step guide for
Lumin
account deletion
To delete your Lumin account, log in (http://app.luminpdf.com/) using the web browser and follow these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon (top right of the page) and select Profile.
2. Click the Delete My Account button at the bottom of the page.
3. Confirm by typing the word ‘DELETE’ using all capital letters.
4. Then, click Delete.
5. After you confirm your account deletion, your account and all data stored in Lumin (and Lumin Sign) will be deleted immediately.
NOTE:
If you are the owner of a Circle and/or a Team with more than 1 member, the ownership will be transferred to a random user, and an email notifying them of this change will be sent to the user.
