To delete your Malwarebytes account, sign in, then follow the URL linked or go to settings > click ‘Delete Account’ > Enter your password > Click ‘Delete Account’.
Keep in mind that deleting your account does not impact your product subscription. Active subscriptions remain active and renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled before deleting your account.
To unsubscribe from Malwarebytes, you need to disable auto-renewal.
To turn off auto-renewal and cancel your Malwarebytes subscription:
Follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your account (https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login).
2. On the ‘Overview’ page, click ‘Billing’ in the sidebar.
3. Under ‘Payment Methods’, find the ‘Auto-renew’ toggle.
4. Toggle ‘Auto-renew’ off.
5. Click ‘Turn off’ in the pop-up window.
6. Select a reason for canceling auto-renewal and click ‘Turn off’.
7. You’ll receive a confirmation email once done.
