Slack

account deletion

To delete your Slack account:
1. Follow the link provided.
2. Scroll down to the Deactivate Account section.
3. Note the contact of the Primary Owner of your workspace or organization
4. Click ‘Deactivate your account”
5. Contact your Workspace Primary Owner and request to delete your profile information.

If you’re unable to get in touch with the Workspace Primary Owner, the Slack team can help with forwarding the request on your behalf. Send them a note at feedback@slack.com. To help them locate your account, include your workspace URL and ‌the email address associated with your Slack account.

If you are the Slack team’s Primary Owner you will need to either delete the team or transfer its ownership before deleting your account. Request a workspace primary owner to delete your profile information after deactivating your account.
