To delete your Wetransfer account via the Android mobile app:
1. Log into the relevant account on the Android app.
2. Tap on your Account icon in the top-right corner- it will open a list of actions, including Delete account.
3. Select Delete account – you’ll see a screen asking you to confirm your decision.
4. Confirm by typing Delete.
Deleting your account will delete everything you have saved on WeTransfer and Collect, including your personal details.
Alternatively, reach out to our chatbot in the bottom right corner of the website and mention ‘delete account’ – it will guide you through creating a ticket for their support team.
